What is TerraTech 360?
TerraTech 360 is project management software built specifically for horizontal land development, the work between buying raw land and handing over a finished, buildable lot. It connects each project’s schedule, tasks, budget, contracts, and teams in one place.
Who is TerraTech 360 built for?
Land developers, homebuilders with in-house development teams, and land banking or investment groups managing projects from acquisition through closeout.
Can we manage multiple brands, divisions, or entities in one account?
Yes. TerraTech 360 is organized in three levels: portfolio, market, and project. Every project rolls up into its market, and every market rolls up into its portfolio. A single account can hold a Build for Rent portfolio alongside a Build for Sale portfolio, each broken out by market, so a land developer with projects in Greenville and Charlotte sees them organized that way. You don’t need separate logins or disconnected systems for each division.
How is TerraTech 360 different from general construction or project management software?
TerraTech 360 is organized the way land development works, by portfolio, market, and project phase, with cost codes and task types built around what a land developer tracks, not what a general contractor tracks.
What happens to our existing schedules, budgets, and documents when we switch?
Schedules and budgets import from Excel or Microsoft Project. Documents stay wherever they already live, and TerraTech 360 links to them. Nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch.
Who owns our data?
You do. If you ever leave the platform, your data goes with you. Accounts, contacts, budgets, schedules, and invoices can all be exported to Excel or CSV.
Is our information visible to other companies using the platform?
No. Your data is fully separated from every other company’s data.
