How is TerraTech 360 priced?

Pricing has three tiers based on the features you need. Enterprise pricing, including AI features, is tailored to each customer, so larger or more complex teams should contact us directly.

Is TerraTech priced per user?

No. Pricing follows the project, not the headcount. Every tier includes unlimited users, so your whole team, from coordinators to field hires, works in the same system without the price increasing every time someone joins.

Can we try TerraTech 360 before committing?

Yes. You get 30 days to try TerraTech 360 in whichever of two ways works best for you. We can set you up with a test environment loaded with sample data, or we can add data from one of your current projects so you can see how the platform handles your own work. After the trial, the standard term is a 12-month contract.

How long does it take to get up and running?

Most teams are working in the platform within days because the structure mirrors how development teams already think about their business.

What does onboarding look like?

It starts with a meeting where we walk you and your team through the platform. After everyone has had time to explore, we schedule a follow-up review to go deeper and answer any questions that come up. From there, we meet whenever you want to, not on a schedule we set. If you’d rather not load historical projects yourself, we’ll do it for you.

What support is available once we’re up and running?
