What financial detail can I see on each project?
Current budget, amount contracted, work left to contract, total invoiced, budget per lot, and budget per linear foot of road, all updated as invoices move through the system.
Does TerraTech 360 include a cost code library?
Yes. TerraTech 360 comes with a comprehensive, built-in land development cost code library, and you can fully customize it to match your existing accounting structure.
How does invoicing work?
Invoices move from draft, to sent to the owner for review, to paid. Each line item ties to a specific cost code and contract line, so you always see which budget category it hits and how much of the contracted work has been billed. Invoices, contracts, and budgets stay connected automatically, with nothing to reconcile by hand.
Can I import an existing budget from Excel?
Yes. Budgets can be imported from Excel, and you can copy and paste cells directly between TerraTech 360 and a spreadsheet. Your original files stay exactly as they are. Importing connects the numbers to your schedule and tasks, so the budget no longer sits in a spreadsheet on its own.
